- With over 27 years of experience engineering and asset management leader overseeing maintenance, engineering, and reliability of mobile, fixed, and infrastructure assets across diverse industries and regions. Proven track record in delivering value to asset and labour-intensive organisations by improving the way they manage assets & people applying Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, focusing on behavioural change and process optimisation.
Darwing is expert in optimising asset performance by implementing fit-for-purpose asset management frameworks, including Work Management, Spares Management, Defect Elimination, and Asset Strategy Management, among others. In addition to his professional degree also has an executive master’s in business administration (EMBA) from University of Western Australia.
